Useful answers before you send an inquiry.
Minimum order is 100 pcs. Share your artwork and expected quantity, and we will confirm a practical production plan in the quotation.
Vector files like AI, PSD, CDR, or editable PDF are best. High-resolution PNG or JPG images are also helpful. If your artwork is not ready for production, just tell us what you have, and we will explain what is needed.
Sample production can be discussed after the specifications and production artwork are approved. Feasibility, sample cost and timing depend on the selected product and process.
Lead time depends on product complexity, quantity, sampling, packaging, and the production schedule. Once the specifications are clear, we will confirm an estimated timeline. Production only starts after your artwork is approved and the order is agreed.
Pantone references can be used as a production target for applicable color processes. Final appearance may be influenced by material, plating, enamel type and viewing conditions, so critical color requirements should be stated before quotation.
Testing and documents depend on the product, its intended use, your requirements, and the destination market. Tell us which standards or documents you need before we quote. We will not claim a report or certification until its scope and availability have been confirmed for your project. This usually involves sample testing and certification fees.
